I’ve played Fortnite a few times, but I’m a grown man and have a job. However, for 16-year old Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf, his skills have added a few more commas to his bank account. Over the weekend the first ever “Fortnite World Cup” took place at New York’s Arthur Ashe Stadium attracting the best players from around the world for the largest payout of any e-sport event in history according to Fox Business. Bugha is now $3,000,000 richer, and I still have to check my balance before picking up the ice cream at the store.
Congrats to all of our winners this weekend at the #FortniteWorldCup Finals
