I don’t think it’s unusual for celebs to have people handle their social media accounts, but sometimes just having it on their own phone can be overwhelming — even I get that. Shawn Mendes has talked about his anxiety before, but he is taking steps to take care of himself. He wiped all the social media from his phone in order to prioritize himself and his mental health well-being. Whenever he wants something posted, he send it to his manager.
According to hollywood.com, Camila Cabello doesn’t have social on her phone either and she uses her mom’s phone if she does post. Selena Gomez has talked about not having social on her phone before too.
Now if only I could get someone to do that same thing for me…
