Well I can’t say I’m surprised by this. According to SafeWise, Carmel is the safest city in America to raise a child.
The website used a variety of metrics to compile their list. They looked at violent crime, property crime, sex offenders and high school graduation rates.
Fishers wasn’t too far behind, coming in at number four. There were no other Indiana cities in the top 50.
