You’re 1/10th Skinnier Than You Think!

The next time you step on the scale open up that calculator on your phone and take off 1/10th of that. Live Science interviewed a doctor of Hematology who says that all of the blood in your body makes up 1/10th of your total weight!  The average adult has 1.2-1.5 gallons of blood floating around in their veins.  AND all of that blood weight is already in your body by the time you’re 5 or 6 years old but kids are not done growing bones and junk so they’re still lighter. So if you squeezed all of that blood out you’d lose around 8-10lbs. (DON’T because you’ll totally die and end up TOO skinny because… you know…death.) Therefore you’re totally way skinnier than you think. Tell everyone. You’re welcome.
