Every year, once the presents are all unwrapped and the tree is down there can be a bit of sadness. -EAT BETTER! Junk food is awesome but it can make you feel even dumpier than you’re already feeling so pepper in some vegetables once in a while.
-BE NICE! Doing nice things for other people is a great mood lifter! It’s a great feeling to help and also you’re putting more good into the world at the same time as helping yourself!
