It’s National Hugging Day!!!

 

Now we may not be as encouraged this year to go out and hug everyone right now but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible to celebrate in a different way. USATODAY.com had a list of things that were KIND OF like hugging your loved ones if you aren’t safely able to do it for real that might help.  Hugging your pets, trying a weighted blanket, or even giving yourself a mental hug by meditating or doing something to improve your mental health. Even a bath can kind of feel like a hug if you’re open minded enough!
