Sure, Taylor Swift’s “evermore” album was a just what I needed in December 2020. But the theme park in Utah by the same name doesn’t feel the same way. And that’s why they’re suing her for trademark infringement. Yikes.
Pitchfork says that Swift’s team denies this claim and any similarities between the two entities.

Tweets don’t win lawsuits though, so we will have to see what comes out of this.
