A new study found that someone’s social media posts can predict their breakup three months before it happens. They found that in the months before a breakup, people start using more self-focused words like “I,” “me,” and “mine” . . . and they start thinking about things less analytically and more emotionally.
Personally, I looked back at friend’s relationships on twitter and my own previous ones I didn’t see this pattern but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still true. I also now know I’m just going to be subconsciously thinking about this during every future relationship I ever have!
