Breakout star Olivia Rodrigo was thrilled when she received a co-sign from Taylor Swift on her song “Driver’s License,” and during a recent Apple Music 1 interview the singer opened up about her special love for Swift.

“She’s totally my biggest idol and biggest songwriting inspiration. So to have her blessing was really, really special,” said Rodrigo.  When it was suggested that Olivia and Taylor hit the studio together Rodrigo replied, “That’s the dream.” 

“I would just love to just be in a studio with Taylor. I don’t even have to write with her; I just want to watch how she does it because I just think she’s such a genius,” said Rodrigo.
