The KPop boy band, BTS, is on fire with their latest single “Butter,” and of course, the success from “Dynamite.” Just because they sing in English though doesn’t mean they speak it fluently. Mainly, only one of them does.
Back in 2017, when they were still making their way up, the band appeared on Ellen and that’s when we learned how the main English speaker in the group learn English from watching television.
At 1:16 mark, RM reveals he learned English just from watching Friends, but it was because his parents made him do it. At first, he felt like he was forced to learn it, but now he considers himself the lucky one in the group to know it.
