Getting our house ready to list and (hopefully) sell soon means a lot of cleaning, rearranging furniture, packing stuff, etc. I had heard of a hack to deal with carpet indentations when moving things around and I finally had a chance to try it! Just throw ice cubes on the indent, let it fully melt, and then once it’s gone just run your hand or foot over it and the indent is gone! This picture is where the dog cage had been sitting for about 8 months so I covered all of that with ice, did everything I could to keep the cat from playing with it (it was a struggle for her…. it took intense self control) and then once it was melted scuffed the area with my foot and TADAA! It was all gone! I ended up doing it all around the house and I was so glad it worked. Now you know!
