Farts. The invisible stench harbinger with a message of what they’ve experienced going through you. But, what the SMELL are they saying? Here are some answers:
1. Odorless Fart or Mildly With Smell: Good job. That’s A-Ok. Digestion produces some air, but if it isn’t catching stink or just a little stink along the way, your body’s handling the stuff real nice.
2. Extreme Rotten Egg Sulfur Smell Fart: Gross. Something’s wrong in there. You’re not digesting something right, or might possibly have a bacterial infection. You’re intolerant to something. FIX IT!
3. Overly Farting Too Much: Fart 5-15 times a day. THAT’S IT! Butt, if you’re farting frequently all the time, something could be up: eating too much carbonation, intolerant to some kinds of foods, constipation, perhaps IBS. If you’re non-stop pushing air through your toot-flute, something’s up.
4. Painful Stinky Farts: No! You have a food intolerance or allergy. Figure it out.
5. Period Farts: Normal. More farting during your period is normal. Higher levels of estrogen in your body can lead to excessive gas and bloating. Sorry ladies.
