Don’t let quarantining stop you from getting $#!+ done. Zendaya didn’t. In fact, she managed to do a new movie during the pandemic. I didn’t know this was even happening until she posted a teaser pic for it.
According to Refinery29, cast and crew of upcoming film, Malcolm & Marie, made it all happen in just under a month. They quarantined two weeks prior to shooting, had no more than one person in a room, wore masks, had regular temperature checks, and more.
Zendaya posted this to her Instagram recently as a first tease about the movie:
It’s just one picture, but I have a feeling this won’t be one I watch in the same room as my mom…
No word on when and where it will be released yet. But the moral of this blog is that you can still do things like film a movie during a pandemic.
