There’s obviously a link between being healthy and how our brains function. We know that if we exercise and eat right we’re at our best. BUT! What if you can do like… an hour of cardio and then get mega brain for the next 2 hours? Psychology.com says it’s totally a thing! If you’re struggling with an important term paper or finishing a work project take a small break. Spend more than a few minutes and up to an hour on your bike or walking the dog and then after that you get super charged brain power for the next two hours. It gives your brain the ability to concentrate, learn, and remember things better. This works great too if your kids are struggling with E-learning. They’re having a tough time studying for a spelling test? Take a family walk after dinner and then try again! Give it a shot and see if it helps!
