Orlando Bloom’s Daily Routine Is So Hollywood

Orlando Bloom shared his daily routine with a British newspaper, and it’s going viral because it’s 99% insane.

His day starts around 6:30 a.m. when he checks in on his daughter Daisy and then does Buddhist chanting for 20 minutes. He then reads some Buddhist text and types it up on his Instagram, but other than that, he won’t look at his phone until later.

He won’t have his full breakfast that early because he prefers to earn it (WTF) so he starts with, “green powders that I mix with brain octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails, and some protein. It’s all quite L.A. really.”

Then he goes hiking while listening to Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots. By that time, it’s around 9:00 a.m and he has sufficiently earned his breakfast (again WTF), which is usually “porridge, a little hazelnut milk, cinnamon, vanilla paste, hazelnuts, goji berries, a vegan protein powder and a cup of PG Tips [tea].”

Orlando is 90% plant-based because, “I sometimes look at a cow and think, that’s the most beautiful thing ever.” But he does eat red meat about once a month.

The rest of his day includes a plant-based lunch, building with Legos, and coming up with ideas for his production company. He says, “I spend a lot of my time dreaming about roles for myself and others . . . for minorities and women. I’m trying to be a voice for everybody.”

His thoughts on cows make me think he’d be right at home here in Indiana. I wonder how he feels about corn. . . .
