Indy Parks announced July 1st all of their parks will be smoke free. They wanted to make sure their guests were safe and healthy and also combat some of the garbage that comes along with smoking (butts… so many butts). And there will be fines if you choose to violate these new rules, big ones. Your first offense will start at $100 but after that it can get as high as $7,500 so they are not joking around.
