Are you ready for “Old Town Road” 2.0?

LIL NAS X said once he drops his next album, he’ll be done with his “gay era” and return to his “cowboy era”.

I think it’s safe to assume by “era”, he’s referring to the subject matter of his music.  So a “cowboy era” like Old Town Road and Rodeo would have less sexually charged content than his more recent hits Montero and Industry Baby.

Either way, I’m sure it will all be stuck in heads until the day we die.
