BTS continues to break records. Their latest is based on their four-night stint at SoFi Stadium that ended last week. It grossed $33.3 million and sold over 200,000 tickets.

The shows are now the sixth best-grossing engagement in Billboard Boxscore history. This is based on shows that are done at one particular venue. The top five engagements were twice as long.

It’s also the biggest boxscore in the U.S. in 18 years, and the biggest ever for California.

And now for the bad news: the band announced yesterday that they’re taking “an extended period of rest.”
