I can totally get down with cream cheese ice cream, but the whole mozzarella thing should be interesting. I’m still unsure about about the tomato jam swirl and the basil crush cookies that are mixed in.

Part of me wants to ask “WHY?” but I can only imagine how many people will buy this simply to try something weird… Kind of a great way to make money on a limited edition product.
