Shawn Mendes is cancelling the rest of his Wonder tour dates (including Indy) to fully focus on his mental health.
He posted on Instagram that while he started “this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due to the pandemic,” he was not “at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away,” which is basically what he said when he postponed the first three weeks of the tour.
Mendes made it clear he’s not quitting music and is also not ruling out future tours so maybe some day we’ll get to see those abs in person.
If you have first hand tickets for the show, you should be automatically getting a refund. And if you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, 988 is the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. There’s someone answering the phone 24/7.
