Wendy’s will soon be testing out an AI ordering system at one of their Columbus area drive thrus. The cloud based artificial intelligence technology is said to be able to understand customized orders and ask customers relevant questions. Wendy’s say there are billions of order combinations and this technology will be able to understand it all.
Now my question is… will this artificial intelligence help me figure out what to order?? I’m absolutely that person who says, “Umm… can you give me a second? Sorry, I just need another minute.”
